Getting Started¶
Signing in¶
The CautaManage portal lives at cm.cautamanage.com. You sign in with three things:

| Password | You set this from the invitation link the first time |
One login, whole lifecycle
The same account carries you through the whole journey. A buyer invited during construction uses the same login after handover, when it becomes their owner portal. A developer's team uses the same login for the operational modules once the building goes live.
Invitations¶
Accounts are created by invitation — there is no self-signup:
- Developer team members are added by your facility admin under Users (they choose your modules and permission level).
- Buyers/investors are invited from the Sales tab when the developer records their purchase — see the investor guide.
Invitation links expire after 24 hours and include a one-time PIN. If yours expired, ask your admin (or developer) to resend it.

Security¶
- Passwords are minimum 12 characters; you're forced to change any temporary password on first sign-in.
- Two-factor authentication (authenticator app or email codes) is available under Settings → Security — and may be required by your facility's policy.
- Sessions expire after inactivity; just sign in again.
